We are so excited to announce, we will be re-opening our doors on June 12th 2020. Below we have provided information on some of the changes in our float centre to keep our staff and our community safe. 

Hours of Operation

By appointment only. 7 days a week, between the hours of 8am to 6pm.

COVID Safe Protocol

We will be COVIDsafe as per re-opening requirement. As a float centre, we have always taken bookings by appointment only and already are following strict health and hygiene protocols set for our industry, we would like to reassure our clients that our centre is safe and clean environment. Some of these protocols are:

  • If you are feeling unwell or show flu-like symptoms, please cancel your booking, even if it’s last minute. If suspected you will be refused entry.
  • Please pay attention to the signage around the facility and follow their instructions.
  • Clients will need to keep a distance of 1.5m from staff and other clients.
  • Clients will need to use hand sanitiser upon entering.
  • Extended cleaning/sanitising of rooms and throughout the centre between sessions.

Appointment Arrival Times

We ask you to please limit your time in the centre before and after your appointment. We will be only taking on one client at a time, unless you are booking together.

Payment Methods

For in store purchases/payments please use the tap-and-go payment option when possible.

Amenities

Our tea/water stations will be temporarily be unavailable to avoid common contact points.

Services Credits & Gift Vouchers

Any previously purchased service or gift voucher will continue to be valid until used.
