Everything You Need To Know Prior To Your Session

Kindly arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment start time. If this is your first time please arrive 15 minutes before your start time. Failing to arrive on time may result in your session being cut short. Please allow yourself an extra 30 minutes for you booking, e.g. a 60min float session will take around 90mins total.

There is parking available on site. Please drive down the driveway to the building on the rear right and park at the end of the driveway. 

Under 18’s must have a parent/guardian present to sign the waiver form. Under 16’s will require supervision for the duration of their appointment by a parent/guardian with the minimum age being 12.

Cancellation Policy

  • Please try to give us at least 24hrs notice so we can make the booking available for other customers.
  • Less than 14hrs notice will incur a $40 fee per person or consume your gift voucher.
  • Failure to give us any notice (No Show) you will be charged the full value of your booking.

Do's and Don'ts

What's Provided

•Do not drink caffeine, smoke or have any other stimulants several hours before hand, as stimulants can make it hard to relax 
• Try and eat a small meal around 1.5 hours before your session 
• Please stay well hydrated prior to your float session 
• Avoid shaving or waxing 24hrs before your appointments, the salt water can sting and irritate your skin 
• Hair colouring: Please wait 2 weeks before you float, permanent dyes only (includes blonde, foils and if the dye is still washing out after 2 weeks). Any semi-permanent must be fully washed out prior to your float. 
• Hair Keratin or Hanna products: Please wait 4 weeks before you float. 
• Fake skin tanning: Please wait 7 days prior to floating 
• Bring a contact lense case if you wear them, as you will need to     remove them.
• Remember to switch your mobile phone off

• Private float room with shower
• Shampoo, conditioner and body wash
• Ear plugs
• Vaseline (to protect cuts from stinging)
• Neck support (for use inside the pod)
• And a clean face and bath towel.

No swimmers are required, as for the best experience it’s best to float nude. You’ll find it easier to relax without sensations on your skin.

Please note that we are unable to supervise children under the age of 18. All children must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
