Our state-of-the-art float pods offer a tranquil escape from the outside world, allowing you to float effortlessly in a calming environment free from light and sound. Each pod if filled with twelve inches of water infused with 550kg of Epsom Salts (Magnesium Sulphate), creating an incredibly buoyant solution that lifts you into a sensation of weightlessness. The water is heated to skin temperature, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the experience as the feeling of water fades away. 

In this serene space, you can let go of daily stresses and allow your body to unwind completely. With ear plugs in and the interior light turned off, you’ll find the quiet and darkness perfect for drifting into a deep state of relaxation. A huge amount of brain power is used every second in order to deal with the strain that gravity places on one’s body but now floating weightlessly your body is perfectly supported by a cushion of silky body-temperature liquid. 

Freed from all sensation of gravity, temperature, touch, sight and sound (together account for 90% of normal neuromuscular activity), you conserve and redirect vast amounts of natural physical and mental energy. The ultra-deep relaxation of floating “resets” the body’s hormonal and metabolic balance, strengthening resistance to and accelerating recovery from the effects of stress, illness, injury or strenuous exercise. With no commands needing to be sent out, the logical side of the brain is rendered redundant, and its activity slows down until it synchronises with the creative side. Everything You Need To Know Prior To Your Session

Kindly arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment start time. If this is your first time please arrive 15 minutes before your start time. Failing to arrive on time may result in your session being cut short. Please allow yourself an extra 20 minutes for you booking, e.g. a 60min float session will take around 80mins total.

There is parking available on site. Please drive down the driveway to the building on the rear right and park at the end of the driveway. 

Under 18’s must have a parent/guardian present to sign the waiver form. Under 16’s will require supervision for the duration of their appointment by a parent/guardian with the minimum age being 12.

Swim wear is optional, you’ll find it easier to relax and have the best experience to float nude. If you would like to wear swimmers, please bring them with you separately to wear after your shower.

What's provided for your float session

• Private float room with shower
• Shampoo, conditioner and body wash
• Ear plugs
• Vaseline (to protect cuts from stinging)
• Neck support (for use inside the pod)
• And a clean face and bath towel.

Do's & Don'ts

  • Do not drink caffeine, smoke or have any other stimulants serveral hours before your float, as stimulants can make it hard to relax.
  • Try and eat a small meal around 1.5 hours before your session.
  • Please stay well hydrated prior to your float session.
  • Avoid shaving or waxing 24hrs before your appointment, the salt water can sting and irritate your skin.
  • Hair colouring: Please wait 2 weeks before your float! Permanent dyes only (includes blonde, foils and if the dye is still washing out after 2 weeks). Any semi-permanent must be fully washed out prior to your float. 
  • Hair keratin or Hanna products: please wait 4 weeks before your float.
  • No skin tanning lotion application for 7 days prior to your float. 
  • Bring a contact lense case if you wear them, as you will need to remove them. 
  • Remember to switch your mobile phone off.

Cancellation Policy and other information

  • Please call us now on 0414 402 769 if your unable to attend your appointment. 
  • Please allow at least 24hrs notice of cancellation, so we can make the booking available for other customers.
  • Less than 14hrs notice will incur a $20 (Sauna) – $40 fee (Float) per person or consume your gift voucher.
  • Failure to give us any notice (No Show) you will be charged the full value of your booking.
  • If this is your first visit, please read through and complete our liability waiver & release form (links provided below). 
  • Please note, we are unable to supervise children under the age of 18. 
  • All children must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
